We are sorry to hear that you are considering canceling your subscription.
If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below according to your device's operational system:
Apple Store | iOS devices
1. Access your iPhone Settings (settings icon);
2. Click on your 'Apple ID' profile (Your name);
3. Tap Media and Purchases;
4. Tap View Account (enter your Apple ID password if requested);
5. Tap Subscriptions;
6. Tap Glorify;
7. Tap Cancel subscription.
Google Play Store | Android devices
1. Open the Google Play Store, not Glorify;
2. In the upper right corner, click on the Profile icon;
3. Tap on Payments & Subscriptions;
4. Subscriptions;
5. Select the subscription you want to cancel >> Glorify;
6. Click Cancel subscription;
7. Follow the instructions.
Please be aware that deleting your Glorify account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps outlined above to cancel it through the app store on your device.
Remember:
- To avoid being charged, please ensure that auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period;
- Canceling your subscription will prevent it from automatically renewing; however, it will not result in a refund of the amount already paid. You will still have access to the premium content until your subscription expires.
