• Open the Glorify app
• Tap 'I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT'
• Enter your registered email address and tap 'CONTINUE WITH EMAIL'
• Tap 'FORGOT PASSWORD?'
• Tap 'CONTINUE'

Then, check your email and follow the instructions to reset and create a new password.
